50% deposit of registration is due at sign up.

The remaining 50% of registration is due by Saturday, November 1, 2025 at 11:59pm

Five meals plus morning coffee will be provided over the weekend.

You are welcome to bring snacks and beverages that you enjoy to round out the experience.

Class Descriptions

Friday Evening Mobility (30 Min)

Get your body moving with a mindful mobility practice that focuses on range of motion and quality of movement in the joints.

Evening Meditation and Yoga Nidra Practice (30 Min)

A chance to quiet your mind before bed. Make yourself comfortable and follow along with the evening’s guided meditation and yoga nidra practice.

Morning Movement and Meditation (60 Min)

Welcome the new day! Wake your body up with gentle movement, breath, and guided meditation.

Somatic Asana (60 Min)

Somatic yoga is a gentle, mindful approach to movement that blends traditional yoga with principles from somatic therapy. Rather than focusing on achieving perfect poses, somatic yoga emphasizes internal awareness—how the body feels from the inside out. Movements are slow moving, subtle, and designed to release tension. It’s especially helpful for people looking to let go of emotional stress they may have subconsciously kept in their physical body. It invites deep listening to the body and cultivates a sense of safety with release.
